What does Tessera Plus include?
Full reports of every published test, PDF versions and shared tests — for the whole subscription period. Every test you take stays in your library.
Can I buy a single report without subscribing?
Yes. After finishing any paid test you see a short result and the price of the full report. It is a one-time purchase with no auto-renewal.
How does auto-renewal work?
The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price. You confirm this separately before paying, and you can turn renewal off any time under “Subscription”.
How do I cancel?
In your account, under “Subscription”, press “Turn off auto-renewal”. Access stays until the end of the paid period; there will be no further charges.
What happens to my reports after the subscription ends?
Results stay in your library, but full texts and PDFs lock again until a new Plus period or a one-time purchase of that report.
How does payment work?
By card on YooKassa’s secure page. We never see or store card details.
Can I get a refund?
A report opens right after payment, so the service is rendered and a report you have read is not refunded. We refund in full if it did not open, the PDF failed or you were charged twice; a subscription, for the unused days. Request it in your account: Purchases, then “Request a refund” on the order.
